Starting in December, all U.S. men aged 18\u201325 will be automatically registered for the Selective Service, eliminating the need for self-registration. While this doesn\u2019t mean a draft is happening, it ensures that the government has a complete and accurate record of potential military recruits in case of a national emergency.
