Its said that if a sunflower cant find the sun, it will turn to face another sunflower. Who knows if its true, but I find it has a meaningful sentiment. You might have to grow where youre planted but you are meant to bloom with your beautiful petals & show your face to the sun. A flower doesnt question if it is beautiful enough or worthy enough to bloom\u2026it just does. If we can all just strip away our fears - of others judgement, our own self doubt, all the negatives meant to keep us in the weeds\u2026we can grow, blossom, feel the sun on our faces. I know I sound silly, naive or maybe ignorant but I dont care\u2026Im over being smothered by the weeds & no matter what the world says about me or does to me, Im living whats left of my one life the way I want to, the way that brings me joy & peace, the way that puts my face in the sun & lets me blossom into whatever flower I choose to be.
